The Grill Room is offering an Easter Brunch with delicious options including an hors d’oeuvre of Iberia Jamón & Balsamic Fig Blini with Crème Fraîche and a second course consisting of Fire-Roasted Tomato & Eggplant Soup, Eggplant Butter, Basil Oil. The main course offers several choices and one of them is Lamb Chop, Braised Cippolini Onion, Mint Chimichurri followed by a dessert of Coconut Lime Pavlova, Lime Meringue, Coconut Ganache, Mango Passion Coulis.
